🚀 This year, we embarked on a mission to transform hashtag#Alberta into a hub for hashtag#organizational hashtag#innovation through hashtag#collaborative learning, strategic insights, and meaningful connections. Here’s a look back at what we accomplished:

🔍 Understanding Your Current State: From Edmonton to Calgary, we kicked off by diving into Measuring Innovation Readiness to set the foundation for strategic growth.
🌟 Mapping Your Internal Ecosystem: We explored ways to integrate innovation with core business processes, ensuring every idea aligns with value creation.
🌐 Navigating Your External Ecosystem: By examining external dynamics, we empowered participants to anticipate and adapt to future trends.
💡 Adopting Innovation Models & Creating Idea Flow: We uncovered innovation models and strategies to enhance the flow of ideas within organizations.
📊 Setting Targets & Measuring Value: From KPIs to ROI, we identified metrics to ensure innovation supports long-term business objectives.
🔧 Managing Innovation Projects & Executing Ideas: Through portfolio management and problem-solving, we tackled the execution of innovative concepts.
🎤 Showcasing Innovation: We closed the year by emphasizing the importance of communicating and marketing innovation efforts effectively.

💬 At these workshops, we hosted roundtables to celebrate member successes, shared challenges and collaborated all supported by partners like the Strategic Capability Network and Unbounded Thinking, and the Calgary Innovation Coalition. And of course, a huge thanks to Shannon Phillips and Kerry Harmer for their partnership every step of the way.
